Changes

The amount of liquid you need to transmute a tile is dependent on the quality of the liquid, which server you are on, whether the tile is on-deed, and whether you are a citizen of that deed, as outlined below. It can take '''a lot''' of liquid to fully transmute a tile, and you can examine the tile if you're unsure how far along the process is.
