We are in the process of both reforesting land as we go along and planting trees new to the area which was originally almost entirely pine forest.
We are currently digging out a canal from the bay below us right up to the town.

We plan to build a dock a bit better than our current, temporary dock area to provide safe harbourage for visitors and trade.

A recently opened, separate mine has a silver vein.
