== Introduction ==
As a Newbie you will get free food for the first 24hours (real Time, not ingame) at the Tavern of [[Newtown]]. The Tavern is the green building in North-East [[Newtown]].
==[[Steak]]==
Ok, First off you will need to fish using a [[Fishing Rod]] or [[Fine Fishing Rod]] Once you got a couple of [[Fish|fishes]] put them in a [[Frying Pan]] (Using a pottery bowl is possible but hard to find the right combination to make it a steak.) now add one botanized spice vegetable from [Farming]to your frying pan and just put it in your Fire and wait :) Eat up! Steak is the most nutritious food available in Wurm. For those who only have pottery bowls to work with, the easiest way to make steaks is to add 1 Roach with 1 or more fishes in a pottery bowl. Roaches are a 0.1kg fishy you sometimes catch.
