Fileting cuts up meat and fish in 0.3[[kg]] 3kg portions. It never [[fail]]s. Resultant filet [[quality]] depends on your butchering skill, the quality of the fish, the quality of your butchering knife, and the skill you have in using a butchering knife.
Fish/meat smaller then 0.3kg will be discarded. This means that a 0.8kg fish will give two 0.3kg fish filet.
