Paving is done on [[packed dirt]], except floor boards on [[dirt]] or [[marsh]]. Activate the item you want to pave with, right-click the tile and choose '''Pave'''.
===Unpaving===Paved tiles can be converted back to dirt by equipping a [[shovel ]] and choosing '[[Destroy pavement]]'. [[Vynora]] frowns upon such actions for her followers, however. [[Body strength]] of 20 and [[digging]] skill of 10 is needed for destroying pavement. Destroying pavement gives digging skill, not paving skill.
