Changes

Woven fences can be improved with wood scraps. The maximum quality seems to depend on carpentry skill and wood scrap QL.:

* At high skill: (Carpentry skill + Wood scrap QL) / 2 (tested with 80 carpentry skill)* At low skill: (Carpentry skill * 1.36 + Wood scrap QL) / 2 (tested on test server with , and 4-8 carpentry skill, seems to apply to 30 carpentry tooon test)

A few 1.5QL wood scraps for example allow improving to about 20QL with 30 carpentry and about 40QL with 80 carpentry.  There have been reports however that at 20 carpentry skill improving to 30QL is possible too.
