Cloth determines success rate, shaft determines QL (''cannot be improved for now''). The entire cloth piece is used even if it weighs more than necessary. The flag has a wood type. Failing destroys both items and creates a wood scrap (1.00 kg).
The item name will be prefixed with the name of your kingdom, e.g. 'Jenn-Kellon kingdom flag' or 'Freedom Isles kingdom flag'.
