==Overview==
Gmantwelve's Hermit Farm was made purely for [http://wurmonline.com/wiki/index.php?title=User:Gmantwelve Gmantwelve] to live alone. Little did he know that he would find it hard to work on his own so he made [http://wurmonline.com/forum/index.php?topic=50252.0 this thread] so he would not go crazy. The lot is also deeded.<br />The farm has grown largely since it's first development with a pen and 4 additional houses, it is prospering well.
