*Been a while since last post. Nearly finished with a new farm. Cherrygrove Estate will offer more protection from the usual suspects at the Landing, as well as provice provide a better place for growing crops, raising animals, crafting, etc. I even have a trader on sight, granted it's not my own but may possibly server serve some use.
