Koi is the current mayor Niflheim [[Felag Marketplace]] on the [[Deliverance ]] server. He is friends with [[Starhero ]], [[Jiachi]], and [[Melloyello]] and has helped run other settlements like [[Atlantis ]] and [[New Galway ]] on Freedom [[Independance]] before the creation of [[Deliverance]].
