You can Only Build Multi-story houses on FLAT tiles.
== Skill needed ==
Players with 21 [[Carpentry]] can make a 2nd floor on top of a building.
More skill is required per level. Only the 1st floor planning needs 1 skill per wall and 1 skill per tile.
At 90 [[Carpentry]] you can plan 10 floors.
At 99 [[Carpentry]] you can plan 15 floors.

1. Plan and Completely build the ground floor.
2. Then use a mallet to plan the ground floor.
2.1 Use mallet on tile below and plan floor below.
3. Then Plan roof above.
3.1 Use mallet on tile below and plan roof above.

== How To make another floor ==
1. Plan and Completely build the ground floor.
2. Then use a mallet to plan the ground floor.

3.2 Plan a tile with an opening above to make a ladder climbing spot to climb up to upper floors.
