added details on paving skills above 6th floor
* Must have one mortar and one stone brick in inventory to start, these materials are not consumed at this time.
* Requires 21 paving skill to start.
* Requires 40 paving skill for the 6th floor. Each additional floor will require an additional 10 paving skill. After 90 paving, each skill point will allow an additional floor.
* Can be repaired and improved with stone bricks.
