All starter village villages have a recruitment board planted by the wurm staff.

The recruitment board is a sign board that can be planted with at least 10 digging skill. You can add an ad to any recruitment board that tells new players that you are taking your village is accepting citizens.

If you're in a village, to add an ad right-click the board and click "Create recruitment ad.". The ad will appear on all recruitment board then go away in boards, and will disappear after 60 days. After 60 days the maker you can go and add post another recruitment adfor your village.

If you're not in a village, you can go right click any recruitment board to look for through the ads for villages taking in citizensposted.
