== Method ==
Put [[meat]] or [[fish]] with [[potato]], [[bread]], [[corn]], or [[pumpkin]] and a spice in a [[Stone Oven|stone oven]], [[Stone Forge|stone forge]], or a fire. Wait untill all the food is searing, then place one [[meat]]/[[fish]] + [[potato]]/[[pumpkin]] + spice, you will recieve an instant meal. (heat is applied faster out of a pan or bowl).
Make sure you place the meat/fish + [[Vegatables|vegetable]] into the pan when they are cold so you can examine it and see the outcome so you don't get a stew or casserole. The meal will most of the time mimic your hot food cooking skill in it's [[QL]], which is its maximum, but it can occasionally go under it.
