Changes

Activate a "[[glowing]] from heat" [[lump]], right-click the small anvil in your inventory, and 'Create >'. Small anvils need to be in your inventory to be used and unlike the large anvil cannot be used to create items when dropped unlike while on the ground. Higher quality anvils increase the large anvilchance of successfully creating an item.
