The village system, even though efficient, is limited and could be improved to match the medieval setting: [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feudalism feudalism]. Here is a system based on medieval Europe.

In the medieval era, aristocracy was the structure of power. The [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayor mayor] was seen as ''head of a household''. He was the 'director' of the ''employes'' of a place. The power is described as a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lord lord] giving a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fief fief] to a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vassal vassal]. Hence, if a king gave a plot of land to an aristocrat the lord is the king, the land is the fief and the aristocrat is the vassal.

Rename the [[Village deeds]] category to [[Kingdom deeds]]. The [[Deed|deeds]] themselves needs naming too. I propose 4 types: [[Commune deeds|Communes]], [[Village deeds|Villages]], [[City deeds|Cities]] and [[Province deeds|Provinces]]. They would be as so:
