minor cleanup and adding tool used to press

An ink sac can be obtained as a byproduct when [[Butchering#Fileting|fileting]] an [[fish|octopus]]. It is used with a [[fruit press]] to create [[black ink]].
You will always get filetswhen fileting an octopus, but the chance to also get an inc sac is relative relatively low and doesn't seem to be related to butchering skill.
