Items sent in containers still incur fees. Example : A [[backpack]] with 3 [[wood scrap]]s in it would cost you 4 x 1 copper (1x backpack, 3x wood scrap) to send due to being counted as 4 separate items. Also, combining items (e.g. lumps) does not decrease the mailing cost, so a 4kg lump costs the same as 4x 1kg lumps.
Items that can be broken down into multiple units like [[source_salt|source salt]] will be charged for the individual pieces. i.e .03kg contains 30 0.001 kg units, making it 30c for postage.
