Wind of ages reduces the time it takes to perform your action, up to the base timer (4 seconds for most tools). It's effectiveness depends on the type of tool. As part of skill-gain is based on the length of the action timer, skill-gain per action is reduced when using WoA enchanted equipment. However, skill-gain per time spent doing actions is identical between WoA enchanted and not.
On weapons, it no longer marginally affects swing timerstime based on power, but contributes now to with a marginal increase to parry rate100 power cast reducing the swing time by 0. [[Nimbleness]] was introduced as a replacement for this spell5 seconds, but never under 3 seconds.
