I've never heard of this until now yet have died so many times before because I can't climb out of water. I'm going to refer to this page from others, can everybody else try to link to this as much as possible as it has only had 404 views!!! (Does it even still work?) -Docterchese 31-03-12
Removed the cooldown of the ability until it can be confirmed. It's been guessed at that the cooldown is 24 hours. --Kyoko 30-06-17
