When in Wear the toolbelt on your inventory, will give access to legs and the Toolbelt windowwill appear. Here you can drag tools into slots which can be bound to Hotkeys. There is one slot at 20ql, plus an extra slot for every 10ql after that up to 5 maxiumum slots
