This spell repairs items (appears to be 20 always). It reduces the quality of the item (appears to be 2 always). '''Using [[Mend]] on a =<2ql item will destroy it. Using it on a 2.14 quality item will reduce it to 1 quality.'''
You can also repair some items that normally can not be repaired, such as botany, forage, sprouts, logs, pelts, lumps etc.
Mend does not shatter items if they are above 2ql.
