no effects on enchanted tiles
==Description ==
Removes any spell from an area, creature/player, or item enchant. Has no effect on [[demise spells]] or their protection spells.
Also has no effect on [[Enchanted tree|enchanted trees]] or [[Enchanted grass|enchanted grass]]
Speculation: Casting it gives a number like an enchant. All (some?) enchants on the item under that number are removed.
