Ok, First off you will need to fish using a [[Fishing Rod]] or [[Fine Fishing Rod]]. Once you got a couple of [[Fish|fishes]] put them in a [[Frying Pan]], now add one vegetable from [[Farming]] or [[bread]] (sometimes a spice is required too) to your frying pan and just put it in your Fire and wait :) Eat up! Steak Meal is the most nutritious food available in Wurm.
