Changes

A citizen of a [[Settlementsettlement]]. Generally they only have the most basics of rights on the deed; however the Mayor mayor (deed holder) can configure each deed member to have any of deed rights.

On death, a citizen can chose to re-spawn at the [[Settlement]] settlement they belong to rather than the spawn deed, and also choose to re-spawn on deeds allied to their own town if they are within 50 tiles of the allied deed token when they die.

A citizen can choose to create or relocate their [[Bankbank]] account to the settlement [[token]], but has the right to choose any deed token on the server as their bank.

If the settlement is a democracy, Citizens citizens can use the "''/vote username" '' command to vote for a new mayor. 51% of the votes are needed to elect a new mayor. If it is a dictatorship, then the mayor cannot be remplaced by the citizens of the settlement.
