Created category page for all signs.
A '''sign''' is a [[wood]] [[decoration]] [[item]] that can hold a message. Higher [[quality]] signs allow more characters per quality level/point. Each quality point adds a certain amount of letters depending on the sign type.

* [[Small sign]] - 1 character per quality
* [[Pointing sign]] - 1 character per quality
* [[Shop sign]] - 1 character per quality.

* To edit a sign, make it the active item.
