=== Refill of Stamina, Nutrition, Food and Water and Skill gain ===
Sacrificing any of the rare item kinds will refill the stamina, food and water bars in the same fashion as the Path of Love ability [[Path_of_Love#Refresh|Refresh]]and will heal a wound, usually the first wound received, regardless of severity. Rare items work exactly as the Refresh spell while supreme and fantastic abilities grant you a tick in a random skill.
The rare items need to be of full weight in order to give the bonus, i.e. a rare log that weighs 24kgs will refill the bars but a log that weighs 17kgs will not.

* Sacrificing [[supreme]]s gives the same as rares with a small gain in a random skill
* Sacrificing [[fantastic]]s gives the same as supremes but with greater skill gain.
