Causes area damage to creatures and environment.
Tornado will cause trees to be felled, including felled fruit trees, ql is based on power of cast. It does not do damage to enchanted treesor bushes. Trees felled by this spell have a lesser amount of wood than when felled by chopping down.
Damage effect seems to be 1 tile in every direction around the caster.
