Method

  1. Equip a Needle in your Inventory
  2. Right click on a Square Piece of Cloth
  3. Select Create/Container/Satchel

Improvements

  1. Equip a String of Cloth from your Inventory.
  2. Right click on the Satchel and select Improve.
Note: The String of Cloth needs to be of higher QL than the Satchel to increase the QL of the Satchel.
