This island may be reached by traveling east from Chaos, north from Exodus, west from Xanadu, and south from Independence.

You can also set a course to deliverance when right clicking your boat, this will make you go from any server to deli. leaving a server from the west will make you land on east deliverance and leaving a server heading south will make you end up on deli's north parts. setting a course and sailing smart can save you a hour or even 6 hours with server hopping to the correct coast.
