• Black bear is a fierce animal to new players, but less so than its cousin Brown bear. It can be killed by a well-equipped player without much fighting skill.
• It can be tamed with meat or fish. 20+ taming skill recommended.
• It is pretty rare and occasionally spawns in mines and from bear caves.
• It cannot swim.
