Description
An iron lump is a metal lump produced by smelting iron ore. It is an average metal material with no special metal properties.
Creation
- Produced by smelting iron ore in a smelter, forge, campfire, or oven.
- Smelting returns one 1.00 kg iron lump per 20.00 kg of iron ore.
- Higher QL forges, campfires, and ovens will smelt the ore faster.
- To smelt ore, open the fire source and place the ore inside.
Enchanting
- Iron lumps will be faster to use if enchanted with Wind of Ages.
- Iron lumps give a skill experience boost if enchanted with Circle of Cunning.
- Enchantments on iron lumps degrade over time.
- Enchantments can continue being used by combining more lump into the enchanted one.
Usage
- Black dye requires iron.
- See iron products for items made specifically from iron.
- See any-metal products for more items that can be made from iron.
