Method

1. Equip a Shaft from your Inventory, then right click on a Plank and select - Create/Miscellaneous/Small Wheel.
2. Equip a Shaft from your Inventory, then right click on 'Unfinished Small Wheel and select Continue Building.
3. Equip a Plank from your Inventory, then right click on 'Unfinished Small Wheel and select Continue Building. Repeat 2 times.
