Penguin Bay is a size 5 HS that was founded August 20th, 2008 by Melros. It is located about 50 tiles south of Fiddler's Green and about 100-200 tiles south of Kallana Verde.
Current Projects: Finish Terraforming, Make a moat, Finish stone walls.
Future Projects: Make a road connecting all settlements in Northern Bay.
Completed Projects: House built thanks to the help of Revelation, Mobius, Flyingmonkey and Moss.
