These were discovered on September 11, 2008, by Malimoo.
They are obtained by sacrificing lots of items in an altar, and the value of the total sacrifice will sometimes give you favor, and sometimes a potion of some quality.
Potions are just like farwalker amulets, in that each quality is one charge, and each charge gives an extra speed boost.
