Nelei lives up north of NewTown living on farm potato but mostly on her fishing skills.

She has a long history behind her as she made the base for the village Thule south of NT.

She had a huge mansion and a great farm but she suddenly dissapeared no one knew where she was. She is back again but she refuses to tell anyone what she been doing, some thinks she's a witch and flew away to regain her powers, some thinks she went crazy and ran away but to soon recover and return, but no one knows. It's a mystery
