This settlement existed on an older map of Wurm.
Description
A size 5 village founded by Stabbish, and Krayj.
Later disbanded due to village conflict/tension.
Cape Caspien was finally going somewhere during the time it was up, but after a certain village member decided to be arrogent and do everything his own resulted in the disband of Cape Caspien, Cape Caspien's land was given to Cerriculus and Valentine.
Cape Caspien will return in the somewhat near future.
