Tyre doesn't have a formal hierarchy, even though it is a dictatorship. The village founders have the last word to anything that relates to Tyre.

Location

Located on the north east quadrant of wild server, Tyre is directly west of Rat Point. It is also directly east of the CrossRoads (not to be confused with the Trader's Post). Tyre is located in a bay - which, thanks to recent events, was renamed to Kingslayer's Bay. Tyre is an island.
