Description
Animal breeding allows the production of new creatures without waiting for spawns. It can also breed better animals.
Method
- Tame male or female animal (only needs to be tamed if that is only way the animal can be lead with a rope ex. pigs and cows do not need to be tamed)
- Feed animal if necessary
- Lead it with a rope to another animal of the same type and opposite sex.
- Feed second animal if necessary.
- Right click second animal select breed.
Notes
- If unsuccessful at breeding, you can try again after 45 minutes.
- Failure breeding results in interruption during intercourse.
- Animals have to be fed until they are not interested in food any more to get them in the mood.
- Age not a factor in breeding.
- Animals do not have to be "fat" to breed.
- Increases depth
- Time to birth varies current numbers range from 5 - 11 species doesn't appear to matter. 0 is counted as a number
- Time appears to be wurm weeks currently
Examples
- 2 young rats bred.
- An adolescent fat deer and an aged champion deer mated.
- Bred two skinny pigs.
