1. Equip a Glowing Silver Lump or Gold Lump in your Inventory

Note: The Silver Lump or Gold Lump must be Glowing from the heat of a Camp Fire or Stone Forge (or, albeit less effective, a Stone oven)

1. Right click on a Small Anvil
2. Select Create/Decorations/Ring
