Description
A small spool of wood with a string rolled up in the center.
Notes
Yoyos cannot be improved. Quality depends largely on the quality of the shaft used. Using a shaft of more than 0.1kg is possible but the entire shaft is used in the process.
Using ql 82 shaft and ql 65 string of cloth the percent chance of success is indicated to be 6% at 0.00 Toy Making, 30% at 1.00 Toy Making and 32% at 1.51 Toy Making.
Initial QL appears to be shaft QL / 10
