A toolbelt is an ingenious system of pockets, pouches, hooks, and holes designed to keep a wide array of common tools.
The hooks' QL affects the success rate. Adding the cloth only uses 0.3kg even if the piece is bigger.
Usage
Wear the toolbelt on the legs and the toolbelt will appear on the HUD (like the compass). However, the toolbelt must be at least 20QL before it will even appear on the HUD, even if it's already worn (equipped) on the legs. Drag tools into the toolbar's slots which can be bound to hotkeys. There is one slot at 20 QL, plus an extra slot for every 10 QL after that (up to 5 maximum slots).
