This was a Jenn-Kellon (white light) settlement on the now deleted home server.
Fort Blacklake was a Jenn-Kellon homestead located in the North-West corner of the Home Server near the Wild border on Map 11. It was a colony of Tuscany Pointe, and its owner was Syrusrayne.
