A contract declaring the rights for a person called a merchant to conduct trade on your behalf.
A personal merchant contract item allows you to place a personal merchant NPC wherever you want.
The contract can be bought from a NPC trader for 10 silver coins. It is non-craftable and no-drop.
Once placed, merchant will sell goods you stock in it and take 10% of the sales.
