What is a Community Assistant

Community Assistants (CA) are volunteers picked by the GMs and Devs who offer their knowledge and advice to new players on the Freedom and Golden Valley servers.

CAs are former Player Assistants and Chat Moderators merged into one role.

How to contact Community Assistants

CAs may be questioned for help in any area using the "CA HELP" tab. It can be brought up during gameplay by typing /ca in the chat box.

CAs are not required to answer your questions regardless, so remember to be respectful and patient, as often times many questions are being asked at once.

Where are the Community Assistants

CAs live all around Freedom and Golden Valley like the other players.

However, in Golden Valley there are CA headquarters located in New Dawn, and CAs can often be found dwelling or working there. Often, CAs will make items such as meals, tools and fishing rods, and place them for sale at very affordable prices in the merchants located at New Dawn.
