Increases chance to hit. Can only have 1 Truehit effect active so subsequent casts from the first will attempt to improve the power. Very good for [[channeling]] skill gain due to the favor cost and ability to repeatedly cast on self. Power increases length of effect, can be several minutes for a 50 power cast.
