The bonus affects skillgain and stamina regeneration.
You can check the bonus with the new /sleep command.

* Some model names changed for unfinished items so they will use the wrong models. It may take a while until the graphics packs are updated.
* Fields will now stay at full height a bit longer on average.
* The deities have agreed upon some religion reliefs:
Magranon priests may noe mine.
Fo priests may now use healing covers.
Vynora priests may now build roads.
Magranon and libila priests may now use bows.
More reliefs will come later, but this is a start.
