I've colleccted collected data on the bonus to max quality ore from rarity and imbue and how it changes with skill. The bonus to your max ql seems to decrease as your skill increases. You can use the formulas below to calulate what skill you need to get the ore you want or vise versa by solving for x or y, or just plot the data yourself.
