The main parts of the town are being shifted into this new, flattened area, as the old town was located right next to a narrow cliff-edge. Not wanting to waste space, the town placed the deed into an area that was quite hilly, but could be flattened to make use of the unused land. Even so, as Redfield is greatly concerned with asthetics and beauty, it was decided to work the whole town into an L-shaped plaza. This decision wasted space somewhat, but the town managed to fit all the important buildings into the deed area.<br><br>
The town features an ~100 tile mine with many fully-raised ceilings and a very deep pit called the "Fishmine". To the west of the settlement,there is a size 5 homestead that has been fortified by tall stone walls and palisades entitled "West Redfield". In the near future, the town plans to colonize north, south and further westwards using size 5 homesteads. <br><br>
Redfield is not seeking new members actively, but will always have use for high-skilled members. Redfield won't accept total beginners unless under special circumstances. We organise everything using Ventrilo, so a microphone is a must.
