=== Usage ===A [[small sign]] is useful to give messages to people. The higher the [[quality]], the more you can write on the sign, at a ratio of 1 character per 1[[QL]], so if you have a quality 10 sign, you can write up to 10 characters, including spaces. To write on the sign it must be in your [[inventory]]. Then rightRight-click it and select <tt>Rename</tt>. Enter , then enter whatever shall be written on the sign.  After this the sign has been renamed (or before, if you want an empty sign) you can "must plant" the signit. Just stand where you want to have it and right-click, then select <tt>Plant</tt>. If the sign doesn't point in the right direction after planting, right-click it, then select <tt>Turn item clockwise</tt> or <tt>Turn item counterclockwise</tt> but remember that everybody . Only the owner can [[pick up or turn]] a planted sign, but anyone can attempt to destroy it.
